Valeria de Oliveira Cesar

Valeria de Oliveira Cézar is an accomplished Economist with a degree from Universidad Nacional de Rosario, a Master’s in Finance from Universidad Torcuato di Tella and a diploma in renewable energy from the Champagnat University of Mendoza.

She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at EDEMSA, the electricity distribution company of the province of Mendoza. Additionally, since early 2021, Valeria holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Andina PLC, an energy group involved in EDENOR and EDEMSA, two of Argentina’s most significant electricity distribution utilities; in HASA, a 60MW hydroelectric power plant in the province of Chubut and currently focused on developing renewable energy projects in Argentina.

With over a decade of experience in corporate finance, she has worked before as financial analyst and M&A consultant at Ernst & Young, Banco Meridian S.A. and at Integra Capital.
