Savannah Ryan

Savannah Ryan serves as Head of Investor Relations & Government Affairs at Integra Capital, where she leads the firm’s engagement with institutional investors, U.S. government agencies, and strategic partners across the energy, mining, and infrastructure sectors. Based in New York, she works at the intersection of capital markets, energy security, and public policy, advancing cross-border investment initiatives throughout the Americas.

She oversees investor relations and government engagement across Integra’s portfolio, supporting capital markets transactions, strategic financing initiatives, and partnerships with institutional investors, financial institutions, and public-sector stakeholders. Her work focuses on strengthening relationships that advance the firm’s long-term investment strategy in critical minerals, energy, infrastructure, and natural resources.

Ms. Ryan also leads Integra’s engagement with U.S. government agencies and policymakers on issues related to critical minerals, secure supply chains, energy infrastructure, and hemispheric energy security. She works closely with public- and private-sector partners to support investments aligned with long-term strategic priorities across the Western Hemisphere.

Before joining Integra Capital, Ms. Ryan founded and led several companies focused on technology, strategic advisory, and corporate communications. As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of GoFasti, she built and scaled an international technology company operating throughout the United States and Latin America before its successful exit. Her entrepreneurial background continues to shape her approach to cross-border investment, institutional engagement, and strategic growth.

Ms. Ryan is a shareholder of Integra Capital USA LLC and serves on the Advisory Board of the International Economic Forum of the Americas’ World Strategic Forum. She is also a member of Chatham House, the Royal Institute of International Affairs.
