Santiago Gomez-Barris Montero

Santiago Gomez-Barris Montero serves as Legal Counsel (Corporate and M&A) at Integra Capital, based in the firm’s Madrid office.

Santiago focuses on advising and structuring complex corporate transactions and strategic investments across Latin America and Europe. He has extensive experience advising companies and investors on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, project finance, capital markets transactions, corporate governance, commercial contracting, and other strategic corporate matters. His experience spans a broad range of industries, including asset management, energy, mining, construction, and infrastructure.

Prior to joining Integra Capital in 2026, Santiago spent seven years as an Associate at Barros & Errázuriz, one of Chile’s leading law firms. He subsequently joined the legal team at Grenergy Renovables in Spain.

Santiago holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid.
