Pilar Marcó holds a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Virginia School of Law.
Her professional practice focuses on legal advisory in reorganizations, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law, both in Argentina and internationally.
She currently serves as a board member of Volcan Compañía Minera S.A.A., Inversiones Portuarias Chancay S.A.A., and Compañía Minera Aguilar S.A., among other non-executive positions. In addition, she is currently Head of Legal, Institutional Relations, and Human Capital at Hidrocarburos del Norte S.A. Previously, she was an associate at the law firm Bruchou, Fernandez Madero & Lombardi in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
