Pedro Mazer

Pedro Mazer obtained his JD degree at the Universidad de Belgrano, and he holds a Master in Business Law from the Universidad Católica Argentina, as well as postgraduate degrees in corporate law and oil & gas from the Universidad de Buenos Aires.

Pedro has accumulated more than 25 years of experience in the practice of corporate law, M&As, and contracts in the oil & gas and natural resources industries. He has participated in landmark cross-border M&As and in some of the largest debt restructurings that have taken place in Argentina.

He has been rendering legal services to Integra Capital and its affiliates for several years on M&As, debt restructurings, and key business transactions, as well as on day-to-day operations in the oil & gas and mining sectors.
