Martín Tempestti

Ricardo Martín Tempestti is a lawyer who graduated with honors from the Universidad Católica de Cuyo. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the Universidad Austral, achieving an outstanding qualification for his thesis titled “Limitations on the transfer of shares provided for in shareholder agreements.”

Since 2017, he has been working as a corporate lawyer for Integra Capital, specializing in corporate and business-related matters, including corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, contracts, and public and private tenders. In this capacity, he has provided counsel to both local and foreign companies operating in regulated or competitive markets, particularly those in the mining and hydrocarbon industries.

Currently, he serves on the board of directors of Empresa Distribuidora de Electricidad de Mendoza S.A., the most significant electric power distribution company in the province of Mendoza.
