Maria Jose Magnani

María José Magnani is an honors graduate in Law from the University of Mendoza (2001) and holds a Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Law from Universidad Austral. In 2010, she earned an MBA from the International University of Catalonia and furthered her education in Renewable Energies at Universidad Austral and CEARE Institute at the University of Buenos Aires.

With extensive experience in the energy sector, she has advised on tenders, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring, among other areas. She currently serves as the Head of Legal for an electricity distribution company in Mendoza and as a statutory auditor for a hydroelectric company in Chubut.

Additionally, she leads photovoltaic solar energy generation projects and has taught at the University of Congreso, Mendoza.
