María Lucila Seco

Maria Lucila Seco holds a law degree from Universidad Católica Argentina, where she graduated with honors in 2015, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from New York University, awarded in 2020. Since 2015, she has built a strong career as a corporate lawyer, working with tier-one law firms in Argentina before joining Integra Capital in 2024.

Maria Lucila has developed extensive expertise in advising both domestic and international clients on complex corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and other sophisticated corporate operations. Her professional background includes a prestigious position as an International Associate with the Capital Markets team at Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York from 2022 to 2023.

She currently serves on the board of directors of Andina plc, a leading energy company that operates two of the largest electricity utilities in Argentina by market share.
