Lisandro E. Nobile

Lisandro Ezequiel Nobile graduated as a lawyer from the University of Belgrano (1999), and holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Belgrano. He has taught the subject of Civil and Commercial Obligations at the University of Belgrano, under the chairmanship of Dr. Atilio Aníbal Alterini.

He began his professional career as a lawyer at the law firm Laporta, López & Associates, specializing in distressed companies, creditor bankruptcy reorganization, bankruptcy, debt restructuring, and corporate law.

He has served as legal counsel for the open television channel “América TV,” specializing in contracts and regulatory fines.

Later, he focused on the energy sector. Since 2008 to the present, he has served as Deputy Manager of Legal Affairs at Empresa Distribuidora de Electricidad de Mendoza S.A. (EDEMSA), the largest electricity distribution company in the province of Mendoza, Argentina, with over half a million customers. He is also a full member of the company’s board of directors.

He has participated as a board member in various local and foreign companies within the sector.
He has been a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association since 1999 and of the Mendoza Bar Association and Procurators since 2009.
