Inés Anchelerguez

María Inés is a senior corporate lawyer with extensive experience in complex cross-border transactions, corporate governance, and strategic legal advisory. As General Counsel at Integra Investment S.A., she leads all legal aspects of the company’s operations, including investment structuring, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

With over 15 years of experience advising public and private companies, she has played a key role in high-level transactions across the energy, natural resources, and infrastructure sectors. María Inés holds a Law degree from Universidad de Mendoza, a postgraduate degree in International Law (UCA), an MBA (CEMA), and a Master’s in Law and Economics (UTDT).

She is also actively engaged in community initiatives, providing pro-bono legal counsel and co-founding a soup kitchen for children in need.
