In an exclusive setting in Uruguay, renowned chef Mauro Colagreco—a world-class figure with three Michelin stars—hosted a luncheon that brought together business leaders.

Along with the talented chef Lucas Bustos, Colagreco designed a multi-course menu based strictly on local, seasonal products. The menu highlighted the identity of Uruguay’s terroir, combining cutting-edge techniques with locally sourced ingredients.
