Carlota Pérez-Pla graduated in Finances and accounting at the university Carlos III of Madrid, where she made exchange programs with the universities Wroclaw School of Banking and the University of Hawaii at Hilo.

Carlota Pérez-Pla currently works as an accountant, gives administrative support and collaborates in the coordination of teams. Previously she worked at the corporative firm KPMG in outsourcing and compliance department as accountant and tax compliance.
