Hassan Felix

Hasan Chafi Felix is a lawyer who graduated from the Universidad de Mendoza in Argentina. He worked in a local law firm until February 2021, when he joined Integra Capital. He also has assisted and successfully graduated from the Professional English Program and the Academic English Program of the English Language Center of Georgetown University at Washington, D.C.

As a legal advisor at Integra Capital, he has been focused on energy, oil & gas, and mining law, providing counsel regarding hydrocarbon exploration and production rights, intervening before provincial and national control entities or agencies, and being involved in negotiations and litigious issues with suppliers and other companies related to the oil and mining sector. He also has provided counsel in corporate and business-related matters.

He was admitted to the Bar of the City of Buenos Aires and Mendoza Province, being allowed to litigate in both jurisdictions.
